Change of Mind

We want to make sure you love your purchase, and understand that sometimes items are not suitable or may not meet expectations, so we are happy to provide an exchange on full-priced items. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to exchange your item. The product must be provided in unused condition in the original packaging.

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are deemed sale items and will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

If you wish to enquire about a change of mind exchange please contact the team at hello@houseof9.com.au with details of your order number and the email you used to make the purchase.

Please note a flat fee of $13.95 will be deducted from your order to cover the cost of return shipping.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We strive to provide beautiful quality products. If in the unfortunate event a product is delivered damaged or faulty, we will happily arrange a replacement for you.

Please contact us at hello@houseof9.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide images of the damage/fault and details of your order number and the email you used to make the purchase.
