Domestic shipping

House of 9 ship Australia wide. We do not currently offer international shipping.

We offer free shipping within Australia for all orders over $170 via standard delivery. All orders under $170 are charged a flat fee of $11.95 for standard delivery and $22.95 for express delivery.

Delivery timeframes:

Standard

NSW: 2-4 business days

ACT, QLD, NT, SA, TAS, VIC, WA: 3-6 business days

Express

NSW: 1-2 business days

ACT, QLD, NT, SA, TAS, VIC, WA: 1-3 business days

There may be an unlikely circumstance that our delivery partner experiences delays which are out of our control. We do not accept any liability and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.

All orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the next business day. Please note during sale and promotional periods there may be a delay in fulfillment.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to become active.
